Currently looking for a developer that is interested in rewriting codes to match old school values, this includes a few basic things like spell exhaust, monster ai, damage formulas and uh traps.
I am willing to pay you for each fix/update, and also offer a cut in any server donations.
The server is currently online using a highly edited OTHire @ www.oldtibia.net
A few things already re-written are: Monster Flee AI, Monster Attacks, Spell Exhaust, Player Killing/Ban System.
I have been working on this for 4-5 months by myself with help here and there from friends, but other than that it's been pretty lonely and now that I'm in school it would be nice to work with someone to get things done faster and have fun at the same time.
So over-all, we will be working on an old school engine (sources + lua) - trying to make everything as close to the true formulas as possible. I have many resources to work from and look over for ideas, so it should be an enjoyable experience. Best of all, I am willing to pay you for your work + offer partnership of the server and take a cut of server donations.

Preferably looking for someone that is in the North American Time Zones, but I am willing to work with someone over-seas; it's what I normally do.. just with school; our communication might be delayed.
