Looking for a LOW EXP/Real Map Server!

Hi, I'm looking for a low Exp/Real map server almost similar to real tibia like x2 or x3 exp at most.
But its very difficult to find a good server with working quests, and most have broken npcs

I've tried Tibianic but its not for me. Anyone else know of a good low/medium population Tibia server with low low exp?
