Looking for a Very Good 7.92 Server!

I Really need suggestions, Most of the 7.92 links are broke or outdated, and I really want a good 7.92 server ASAP.

A Very Reliable 8.0 Server is Fine to!

If anyone has a Link to one, That would be Great!

Requirements in server:
Rookguard
Multi-world System (if not i can make myself)
~XML!~
*NO SQL!* (Dont Know how to run an SQL!)
Almost 100% Working, with little Bugs!

I Know im pretty picky, but im just pissed about not having a good server, my last one, i used it and after spending about 4 months on it, i find a huge problem...couldnt even support 50 people.

Why not? You won't find a single XML server that's good anymore... It isn't supported by the official OTserv developers...
