Looking for help in configure my ots with windows

Hi! I have my ots and it working fine with xampp. Also i have machine with windows for this ots.
Now i want to configure this ots global for my friends but I don't know how to get rid of xampp.
Anyone know how to do that and can help me?

Try use Uniform Server instead of Xampp
make sure to enable your ip in config.lua
open ports for players to connect trough your IP
about character creation you could use website or in game acc maker
