Mapper Looking for job

I'm looking for job as Mapper but:
- I don't want to work with noob(read newbie)
- I want to work on serious project
- I don't like to edit map like Evolution or Roxor
- I want to make OTS with custom map

I don't know how to:
- Tombs (ye i know what u think but never seen any good Tombs)
- Good Shape ( probaly i can't rate myself )
