Heya,
So ever since I have encountered problems be it with scripting, servers, finding a vpn, linux.. I have googled my solutions and mostly achieved what I wanted to do. But as easily I started to forget how I fixed something, or how things were done. Thus I started to save interesting tutorials as pdf or bookmark them.
But even that got lost over time and pc wipes. Going with this I came up with the idea of creating a personal knowledgebase and I will be continously adding new things there which can cover all kinda things that you/I might need some day again. Ranging from tutorials, over small guides, how-tos a lot of stuff will be covered :)

Will also be adding a comment option to ask questions below kb entries :)

will i be able to add screenshots and stuff like that? would be happy to share some fun mapping techs i've picked up over the years on OTland, as well as scripting tutorials/notes :)

Site is live now but too tired to add smth now as I am exhausted from work. I most likely wont fill the kb with content which I saved previously but rather with new things/problems & solutions I will encounter.

Anyone who wants to contribute pm me to get an author account :)
This is a private knowledge base and not a public wiki to explain everything to each and everyone though you might find some interesting things there in the future!

Added some new guides (OwnCloud and chmod related). Growing as I encounter old problemsets each day :P

- Changing SSH port & restrict root via ssh access (security measures)
- Creating a Sudo user
- Changing phpMyAdmin path (for security)
- Create interactive bash install scripts with yes/no to proceed
