I am able to recover my account via e-mail? becuz im play on this server one month ago and i dont remember my password :/

Well, you can only recover by recovery key. >.<
Email is online to remember account name, password and key I think..(They gonna send there if you have activated)

Two words,
  • should have.
Talaturen or Hani or any Shadowcores staff aren't responsible for your personal actions e.g failing to write down your recovery key when it asks you too.
