I lost my account, but I still have the password and email ..

On the website can only recover the password .. someone could recover my account?

You can send an e-mail to the customer support ([email protected]). Please provide them with as much information as possible that can strengthen the proof that you are the actual owner of the account, and I'm sure that they will help you out. Along with that, please allow them at least 24 hours to respond.
 
I have sent the email with account e-mail and password .. have something else that might help?
 
I'm sure that if you tell them your IP adress that you usually plays on will strengthen it all. However I'm sure that it's enough :)
