Hello when I'm going to play tibia I only got 50-60fps??? I got a NVIDIA Geforce 9500gt graphics card, and I dont know why...

Maybe it/its drivers has bad support for the graphics mode you're using? And why do you want more than that?
 
But I want to know why my FPS get lower after my PC-formate.... I had much more fps before formating it... I wanna know the reason of it.

Make sure you have DirectX9, then you can experiment with other Tibia graphic engines.
But the number of FPS in Tibia is a big LIE. Tibia @50 FPS looks laggy, but when you watch 30 FPS movie, it looks natural. Guess why...

Actually Tibia runs perfect at 30 FPS.
 
Yea, that's usually the limit I set because of weak CPU :p.
 
Ouch maybe you need to upadte your DX? I already got 400-500 fps
