Lua functions for tfs 0.3

Could someone make a list with all functions for tfs 0.3 especially for 8.4 with 0.3b2
In 0.2 was possible to increase your hp by item with "maxhitpoints" but in this new distro it doesnt work, is there any other function to work it out?

And wonder if someone could repair jail system by gesior or master-m in actions~ section?

ye, but i need an attributes like MAXHITPOINTS which can i add in items but for 0.3 cuz this "maxhitpoints" attribute doesnt work in 0.3
