Make possible players can not trade

Is it possible to make it that players are not able to trade or throw items on ground?

They are just allowed to put them on certain positon can someone tell me ?

Using creature events such as:
onTradeRequest(cid, target, item) -- this is default in most tfs revisions
and
onMoveItem -- Not default, search forum for it, someone has made this

You can simply return false and it will not allow such actions. It will require some tweaking on your part tho if you only want it for particular items rather than any item in general.
