Where I am supposed to turn in my addon items for the Mage Addon 2?

I have all items, soul stone, 20 ankhs, all wands & rods and 10 magic sulphurs!

it isn't correct

already went to DC and it wasnt possible to go down, Lynda was not in thais, edron didn't the npc answer anything when I said first/second mage addon...
