I gues your server is for 8.1 then you'll need to download the right mapeditor
like the lastest RME that can be found in the download section it just depends what you are using.

What you have to do is, to get Simeone's map editor and update your map to 8.1 because as soon as you load the map with the map editor it will ask you if you want to update it. Then it will work.
