Map, Scripts, ETC. similar to XtremeOT.

I am currently searching a map and/or scripts that are similar to XtremeOT. The server has had so many dupers on it that it is not funny and everyone is leaving. I don't want to play the server in its current state so I figured I would try to slap something together on my own just to mess aroud on. Thank you in advance for your time and efforsts..

Would like to have it too, since i remember seeing him mapping it <were family>! and i've asked him about the map and he said the links are broken etc!
