OTClient Mapping a tile, a place accesible only by levitate spell "exani hur up" ? How ?

1761485722552.webpSo, I wanted to make the top of this magic tower enterable only with levitate spell, but I don't know how - it works only, when in the hole there's absolutely nothing, but then it's problematic to go down - need to use levitate spell too, and would be enterable with stacked boxes/parcels... If I put "459 - stairs" invisible tile, then it's not accesable with anything, not boxes, not levitate spell...

Would be ideal, if it looked decent and could be only accesable with levitate spell (as a tiny quest to those, who discover it + get the spell :P )
+ is there any way to frame it a bit? When I put "stairs" hole or "traphole" or anything, then it doesnt work >.<
