Max Speed of Players

How can I change the Max Speed of players?
because i want to do new items to give more speed and the max is 200 -.-

I think it doesn't work because in items.xml i put that in the boots:

<attribute key="speed" value="500"/>

And in the server when i ''look'':

14:37 You see vip boots (Arm:7, speed +250).

all speed is /2. So for speed +500, you need to set 1000 in items.xml

I Need to max speed be VERY, very fast of players with items who give speed
Or players HL.
one player lvl 200k ( i tested it with one test char, -.- ) run with speed of 500 D:

I actually think it's a limit in the client.

If you use Elfbot and the Dash function you can bypass this limit through the sending of multiple packets, but I think the client limit is actually set at 1,500 so there isn't really any way to bypass it
