Maximum 2 Players per IP

Hello Otland community,

I was wondering if someone could help me make a talkaction:

1. It's for entering an event.
2. Maximum 2 players per IP should be able to join the event.
3. If they try to join on the 3rd MC they will get denied.

Is it possible to do this?
