Runes + Ammo is not infinite. Rookgard map. There are npcs around the map who sells Wands, Rods and Ultimate Health Potions for Knights, Weapons (sword,clubs and axes), Ammo for paladins (power bolts, piercing bolts, infernal bolts and assassin stars) .
Soul orbs as currency (you get them by killing people), Rings and Amulets, and other npc who buy some rare items (weapons, armors, helmets, wands, rods, etc).
Addons by items.
Finish POI QUEST gives you acces to depot.
For every quest that you finish you will get one extra depot slot.
You can do all quest all times you want, you only have to relog or die, to do it again.
When you die you back to lvl 100, and skills, and magic level with you started.
Only addons and depot items get saved.
