Turtlebeaches x12 works awesomely good for me. Their cheap and they give you the best qualities aswell.

There is 3 modes on it, One is for very loud recordings... like a band in a garage or something. I never use that. The second mode is like a 360 capture, it can be good for meetings or something like that. I use that when I need to be afk and still talk... trust me it capture the sound so good that you can fart on first floor and it will capture it on 3rd floor ^^. The last whitch I use the most, ultra epic good quality mode. For that you need to have the mic 10-20cm from your mouth... you dont need to but for the best quality you should.
I can strongly recommend steelseries sibera v2, ive had 2, the first one died after getting overrun several times by my chair, but only the mic died, cable was worn as f...k, the new pair I have is the same one, but a diffrent color.
Love them, great for sitting long time and the mic is good (Is what those I talk with say).

wut? No that's wrong its not using USB at all. You can use it on your iPod/iPhone.
Then I must have had these a long time, I think I bought my new set in december? And the older pair like 1-2 years ago(Have no time tbh haha)But might be that the new ones use USB?
In that case why not get a new pair? Must be something thats wrong with that pair, I had some troubles yesterday when I reinstalled my computer, after installing all drivers it started working like normal.
