Ok so Ive been trying to get this working and it seems that there is a way to do this but I cant seem to figure out how. Basically I want an unlimited might ring that gives 25% resistance to all dmg types and requires a storage value to wear (basically a quest will change your storage value to 1 allowing you to wear this item)
