Mobile Graphics Card?

Possible to buy one?

If you dont understand what I mean:

A portable graphics card, one you can plug in a laptop in any port and it will act as a substitute graphics card.

I've looked around google, but can't find anything really, so I'm wondering if they even exist or if it's just an idea in my brain
