Hello, How can I change the top Menu on Modern AAC?

For exemple, in my rev, it comes with "Home, Account, Searck, blabla..."
How can I change it or Where can I change it?

In my site, the news are in the "home" page, and I dont want it, do you know what I have to do to cancel it?

I want to create a page specific to the news...
