Modern ACC - does't create character

Hi, I have Modern ACC from SVN (today) and the installation is successful, but there is one problem. I have TFS 0.3.6pl1. When you create a character, nothing happens - the base adds nothing. Likewise, during registration - Creates an account in the form but not anymore.
Very quickly, please help. :| :(
