Module hotkey and arrow

Hello I found this picture here in the forum but I did not find this code, I downloaded a playlist code and tried to change it when clicking it and up, or when you click the mouse it makes a hotkey instead of pronouncing the text, but without success
Does anyone know how to create a floor and hotkey module?
This would clear my mind, so I can understand how the code works
