Windows Monsters attacking slowly!

Hello, i got annoying problem and i have no idea how to fix it. The problem is that on the dedicated server the monsters are attacking like 2-5x slower than they attack on my computer.
The dedicated server uses windows server 2008.
And ot serv version is TFS 0.3.6

Well it attacks as fast as it should when i test it on my pc, but when i upload the files to the dedicated server and test it at there, it just attacks 2-5x slower... before i could fix this just by reloading monsters couple of times, but now even that doesnt help...

Well im not going compile my server to linux, and install linux to the dedicated server...

Than you should remove kinda lot's of gigs of your computer I think Oo, to make your computer faster.

I think my server is fast enough without removing anything, i just think that there are some settings set wrongly, but dont know what... My dedicated server Link

If you discover the reduced attack speed it has nothing to do with your computer, as you are playing on localhost I guess?

Yes i am, but the dedicated server have good internet connections as do i, so that shouldnt be the problem either...
