Moving a map to another distro/server

As the topic says i need to know on what you exactly need to do to exchange one map with another, I know the config and such but what else do i need to extract/change for it to function?

You will need to know which distro is compatible with your map version (like 8.3, 8.1, 7.6 etc..). If you do put a 8.3 map in a 7.6 map you will get a error displayed. And you need to change the config correctly (like the map name, the house file name etc (data/world) like you said otherwise you won't get far either.

After moving the map, my Xampp started acting up, now its mySQL refuse to start and it keeps giving me stuff like

Code: 
The starting of mysql on local computer could not be executed.

ERROR 3: No searchway to be found

and

Code: 
ERROR: MySql service not started [-1

as i attempt to click start in my control panel, I tried reinsalling the program but still gives me the same stuff, and i get this error aswell when tryin to access the site

Cannot log in to the MySQL server
