Multiclient on ot

Hello there,
I want to make multiclient to my ot. I edited it some things (for example all files are binded). I dont have files before bind.

Press Ctrl+O and open tibia.exe
Then press Ctrl+G, select hexadecimal and go to: 1070B4
Change 75 to EB
Save and exit.

When i make ctrl+G and select hexadecimal and go to: 1070B4 i dont see any 75, only FB. Changing it doesnt works.
Please help.

How about using: VAPus - Customclient ?

In this method i will lose my pic and spr files. I dont have them now. Is that possible to search in code where popup error shows and turn it off?
