Multiple count of item in chest

Title say it all but.

How to make there be like 15 crystal coins in a quest chest ?

I also have another issue.
I use TFS 0.2.8 (mystic),
In my config it is like this:

removeAmmoWhenUsingDistanceWeapon = "no"

but i still loose ammo??

Just upgraded to V0.2.10 TFS. What will i have to do there to make that work?
