My absolute first map. Help me.

I was bored and downloaded RME's mapeditor.. NOTE, my first map so dont be mean

So i want to ask you guys, What is good about the map, what is bad.. What could i change and do better?

You are using too much space, try to narrow it down, not much, just only that people can coordinate when they want to go somewhere. Quite nice, keep it up.
