they are not terrible bad for a first try, but some things really dont fit together.
here are some minor tips:
*read some basic mapping tutorials to get a hang of mapping some basic stuff.
*Try to use raw mostly all the time, dont use autoborder.
*Look at some other mapping threads and learn from them
* use some other site for uploading those images where u can use the bracket
