Just copy the flags you get and past it in one of the group id you'd like to have it on.

Using TFS? 0.2 or 0.3? If 0.3 then you need to use this one:
TheForgottenServer Custom Flags

It's not a XML file.

Go to your database and the go to "groups" and edit the flags of the position you wish to change.

There's:

Players
Tutors
Senior Tutors
Community Managers
Gods
