My Mic Dont Work ?

I have a head set but me mic dont work , its only sound ''BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR'' all the time for the player that i talk whit ... all the time even if i dont talk .. any know the problem ?

yee .. i found i think , the mic work good on msn , but in steam dont work .. itso nly steam i think
i have tested reinstall but it dont work
