My Team Got Hacked?!!

Well Me(Ekochaos) and Mithos got hacked on Moonhawk. Umm and i dont have a recovery key. i dont understand how i died by a field items every 20 secs unless there was a gm involved. fire field is possible but i dont know if it will say fire or something. So id like to talk to a Admin to see what happend to my character.
And Mithos has it account back but i dont idk how confusing
