My webside

People i followed the guide to make a server layout etc

now im done and i write - Localhost up in the web and
i can see my layout folder etc when i click on it
i see the webside but there is an error

Fatal error: Call to undefined function news_place() in C:\xampp\htdocs\layout.php on line 608

i dont understand what they mean with it

It means that the function news_place is called but it doesn't exist.
How did you make your site layout?
Search your files if you can find news_place() in the other files.
