MYSQL bug, duplicated entry 0-0

So I am receiving this mysql error bug when server is saving.

Im pretty sure i got this bug after I tried to install powergamers

I have already tried to delete global storage, and importing it back
But after I save the server it goes back to this

Does anyone know anything about Mysql?

I just tried to drop the whole database and import it back, still same problem !?
So is this problem so deep that i have to create whole mysql/php again?

Please if anyone knows anything about mysql try to help ;(
My knowledge about mysql is zero.
