Por alguma razão seu servidor está perdendo a conexão com o banco de dados, não tem nada a ver com website, e sim com essa perda de conexão momentânea durante um evento que no caso é quando o jogador desconecta do jogo e o servidor tenta deletar a informação de players_online(já que ele não está mais online).
E sim, se isso acontece em outros momentos, como ao tentar salvar uma informação de um personagem ou ate mesmo durante o serversave, você pode ter perda de progressos e até mesmo de dados necessário para o DB.

For some reason your server is losing the connection with the database, it has nothing to do with the website, but with this momentary loss of connection during an event which in this case is when the player disconnects from the game and the server tries to delete the players_online information (since he is no longer online).
