Need 2 runes!!!!!

1. I need a rune that freezes the player, the target CANT MOVE(freeze! not like paralize that it heal with exura or haste) and it transform into a snowman. and with nice effect surronding the target.

2. I need a rune that removes white skull, remove only skull not frags.
