Windows Need a little help with Gesior ACC 0.3.6

I'm using Gesior Acc version 0.3.6 configured to mysql database, everything works fine except the Login button in the top left corner, when I press Login it redirects the page to http://otland.net/forum.php instead of accountmanagement.php
Where I need to make the corections to work this properly, thank you.
