Windows Need computer help

I'm using the latest TFS by elf, I set it up and loaded everything perfectly fine. Logging on was a piece of cake, I used spells and everything, it seemed to be fine, but when I told my friend to log on and test something out, he came on, which was fine, but when he casted a spell, it just BOOM! The entire computer just froze, I couldn't pretty much do anything on my computer, so I have to reboot it every fucking time.

Does anyone know what the problem is?
I will give you reputation++ ALOT!!!!

Well, it is probably something wrong with the server. Try and re-download the server again, set it up, and start it.

And if that continues to not work....Your computer may not be able to handle all of that.

Did that, tried that.
The thing is, my friend is able to move smoothly, I am able to cast spells normally, but when he casts it, my entire COMPUTER freezes like a mofo.


I don't know if the logs in config.lua causes it:
