Need for a header

I am working on a new website, but my drowing skills are werry bad. So i wounder if somebody have time to help me with a small Header for the website? (plz with transparend background)

940px width and Max 240px higt.

And here is picture of the websites top where header shell come (i have tryd to do something as you see..):
