Windows Need help about website of OT

Hello.
I have been create my OT server, I put account maneger for the moment. But I want to create a website like all servers. But there is a problem, I have the name of the server "medoria.no-ip.org" and if I put this on the Explorer it doesn't run , can some1 tell me how to create the web site or just give me a tutorial?

Im also having the same issue, im using gesior, someone said about firewall ports, what ports are they? i use Norton

i can connect with localhost
but not with my ip or no-ip
