Windows Need help! I got keylogged

2 Days ago my computer got keylogged. My real Tibia account has been hacked. How to delete this keylogger? My anti-virus system gives no warning ...

re install windows in your computer its going to work harder better faster stronger.

That happenned to me once. I recommend you 100% to delete all your hard drive and re-install an OS. If your PC is an old one, install XP and if it's recent, install Windows 7. (Skip Vista!)

You can't get hacked through a (porn) site as long as you use a decent browser (latest Firefox, Google Chrome, Opera etc) and don't download/run anything (especially .exe files)

actually you can, pretty easily. google "drive-by download".. most exploits are old, public and maybe have 5% success rate on people but some exploits definitely still affect newest version browsers.

As for cleaning your computer from a keylogger, you should try Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. Remember though, you have no idea what the virus has done to your computer even if you remove it, your best bet is to just reformat to be safe.
