Need help with a backup

What's the easiest way to move a database from my own computer to my dedicated? Ive tried some ways but they all are hard. Any idea's?

Simple

Enter xampp/mysql and copy the data folder

then you will take a direct - copy with all the databases on your xampp

If you want to move them, just paste the data folder into another computer that runs xampp, and whollah, pasted it. Just like there haven't been any differences at all.

As Znote said but that doesn't work if you're using innoDB engine. (Atleast not when I tried)
