Need help with changing player skills in mysql

Everytime I go to change a players skills in the mysql database, it doesn't give me the option to change them. I can see the values, but I don't get any edit options. Anyone have a fix?
I am using TFS 2.15. Thank you!

it's best to edit the values using commands in game, but if you must we need to know what program you're using to maintain your database.

oh i didnt know i could do that in game, i am using uniform server though

/addskill wibbenz, level 100 (will give me level 100 + the lvl atm)

Edit noticed your using 0.2, check your talkactions.xml for the command, if /addskill dosen't work out.

the skill thing kinda worked, but it only is letting me change fist. is there a certain id or name besides like "sword" that i have to use?
