Windows Need help with my sql!!!

hi all i had read the MYSQL_HELP.
And i did it all right atlest thats what i thought.
So i ran the server and it says this

if u can help me pls do
i have always wanted an sql server and this is my first time trying

Nvm i fig it out but now it is running i got to my site and it says my server is offline but its running and it says this at my site

Quick Instructions

1. Import sql samples from server and
AAC into your MySQL database

2. Open config.inc.php with notepad,
scroll through the options. Set
the following:

a) Data directory
b) MySQL user and password
c) Admin account
d) Temple coordinates and town names
e) Enable vocations you want to use


Edit this text in notes.inc


I know it perty much tells u what to do but this is what i dont get
