When i Create Gesior AAc 0.3.6 i got That error

i try to setup it more time and try gesior aac 0.3.5 v6 too still have that error what i do

open index.php in htdocs

and after first line <Php

insert

date_default_timezone_set('Europe/London');

search google for time zones.
