Need Help with xampp

Hey i got this problem with xampp everytime i open it and mysql doesnt run i tryed open it manualy and still doesnt work


i also tryed opening the portcheck and see if it helps and still nothing. I think it says another program is using the port which mysql need to rune. How do i find out which program is that?
so can anyone help me

Make Strg+Alt+enf(del) and go on processes and search for mysql maybe its already enabled... or you have a program running which blocks the port
