Team Need OT server ( paying good )

I need a ot server with the following requirements :

- Tibia real map with no bugs ( warzones , banuta etc )
- Tibia website with last kills , powergammers , forum
- The client must be 9.6+ with mounts .
- All famous quests must be working
- Shop system with zaopay, paypal ( i can give u all the info you may need on that )


I always wanted to have an Ot and once i managed to create one and i had like 250 player during 15 days wich at that time was pretty good, but due to lack of money and help i decided to stop the project .. Now i have a different problem : i have no time anymore, but got money .

I will pay 1000 us dollars to the first person who finish a ot exaclty as i said above , and also, i will give a community manager account to the one helping me more .
