What am I doing wrong?

p.s Vozer is the guy who sends you over to the Oracle on a boat.
 
Maybe you gotta wait until the boat is back and then msg.

How to know if the boat is back:
Talk with him every minute until he responds. if he responds correctly, then the boat is back.
