HI, im very new at this im trying to make a fully functional server.. MY biggest prolems is finding the "Right server" all the links i go to seem to be bad, or im just not understanding it fully please somone help me figure this out?

yes 8.6 would be the ideal version but i wouldnt mind 10.10 if possible
